Music Monday

I've missed a few Music Mondays now that the skating season has begun, but I'll try to get back on track! Today I'm featuring a couple of songs from my soundtrack to EDGE OF THE PAST. The first song is from one of my favorite TV shows of all time, Due South. It was a show in the 90's about a Canadian Mountie who partnered with a Chicago policeman. I don't usually watch cop dramas, but this show had a lot of humor, and I loved the banter between Fraser the Mountie and Ray the cop.

The song, "Victoria's Secret," is Emily and Chris's short program music in EDGE OF THE PAST. It was composed by Jay Semko.

The second song I'm featuring is "The Rain" from the soundtrack of Kikujiro. It was composed by Joe Hisaishi. This song is played during a very special part of EDGE OF THE PAST that I don't want to spoil ;-)
