Happy Monday! It's a big movie week with the premiere of Breaking Dawn Part 2 coming up this Friday. The first song I'm listening to this week, "Turning Page," was on the Breaking Dawn Part 1 soundtrack, but I didn't fall in love with it until I saw Kylie Duarte and Colin Grafton skate to it. It's such a romantic song, and I love these lines in particular - "I've waited a hundred years but I'd wait a million more for you. Nothing prepared me for what the privilege of being yours would do." Perfect for weddings!
"Turning Page" by Sleeping At Last
The second song I'm listening to this week is "Roslyn" from the New Moon soundtrack. The New Moon soundtrack is my favorite of the Twilight series. The score is fantastic and there are some great songs!
"Roslyn" by Bon Iver & St. Vincent
Are you going to see Breaking Dawn Part 2 this weekend? I'm going on Saturday and will be wearing my traditional Team Carlisle shirt! :)
Don't forget to stop by my Life on the Edge blog tour this month and enter to win a $25 Amazon gift card. All the stops are listed here! Final galleys for Edge of the Past have been proofed and are in production for the book's release in a few weeks!!!!
Those are both excellent songs. I think it's the music in the movies that has drawn me so much into that world. I was the same way with Titanic. Good music really does make all the difference. I never had a favorite song of all time until Twilight; now it's "Eyes On Fire."
I stil bawl every time I see the scene in New Moon right after Edward leaves. I saw the movie a couple of days after it came out in theaters, and I was only days away from having my daughter. Talk about being pregnant and hormonal! "Possibility" is another of my fave songs. Can't wait for this weekend. :)
I love the Twilight soundtracks, maybe even more than I love the movies (Robert Pattinson will never live up to the Edward I saw in my head when I first read the books). New Moon and Eclipse are tied for my favorites, they both have so many great songs!
I'll probably see Breaking Dawn next week, when I have Wednesday off and can hopefully see a matinee without too many screaming teenagers, since they'll all be in school... :-D
Yeah there are some great songs on Eclipse, too! I love "Ours" and "Neutron Star Collision."
That's a good plan to avoid the packs of teenagers! I'd like to do that, too, but I always see the Twilight movies with my friend and her daughter, so I have to follow their schedule. Hopefully it won't be too much of a madhouse on Saturday afternoon!

I love "Possibility" too. And "Hearing Damage." I'm not remembering "Eyes on Fire" so I'll have to look that one up!
Delete"Eyes on Fire" is from the first movie. The artist is Blue Foundation.
